ROASTED CRAB
  from Lynn 
To serve 1-2
1 cracked crab
  juice from ½ lemon
  2 Tbsp butter
  2 Tbsp olive oil
  2 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley
  2 tsp Dijon mustard
  2-3 large, minced garlic cloves
  ¼ C white wine
  ¼ C simple vinaigrette, using sherry vinegar
  Salt and pepper to taste
1.	Preheat oven to 400˚
  2.	Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3.	Transfer to baking dish/roasting pan.
  4.	Place several thick slices of bread slathered in butter, chopped parsley and parmesan on top.
  5.	Bake for about 12 minutes.
