Fajitas
"I love fajitas and still remember these being made on the farberware in the kitchen. Cochon would often try to lick the pan after these- YUM!" - Meg

Flank steak (you can also use chicken)
Lime Juice
Olive Oil
Chopped Garlic
Cilantro
Salt & Pepper

Marinate steak in all above ingredients (to taste- I love extra lime!) for two hours. Grill steak to desired doneness, let rest, and slice into thin strips.

Add to strips of steak and roll in a flour tortilla to create your fajita:

chopped lettuce
tomatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
salsa

Easy and very tasty!
