Brie Bowl
“This is always popular at parties - make sure you get some before everyone else dives in!” - Barbara

1 clove garlic, cut in half
1 wheel brie
1 round loaf of sourdough bread (whole, not sliced)
1 loaf of bread (for dipping - I like french, but other folks may like more sourdough)

1. Cut a brie wheel-sized hole in the round loaf of sourdough. It should be deep enough to hold the whole wheel.
2. Rub the inside of the sourdough loaf with garlic (put your hand in a sandwich bag before you grab the garlic and you won't smell like garlic).
3. Place the wheel of brie in the hole in the sourdough and put in a 350 oven.
4. Check on the brie bowl every 15 minutes or so and poke or stir the cheese. Brie bowl is done when the cheese is melty and smooth.
5. Slice the loaf of dipping bread. You can toast this bread or not; it's firmer and scoops better when toasted but it's less work to not toast.
6. Enjoy!
